Longevity = High Grade - Hair comes in many different grades from the lowest which is no grade (non remi) A-AAA to Superior Grades 6A/7A

The higher the grade, the longer it last with proper care and also the care given. Non Virgin, Non remy, Processed human hair , Virgin 1A to 3A are lowest grade and likely to tangle especially if you use the wrong hair care products and do not pay much attention to it.

*1-3A hair is usually very dry and brittle with split ends , may have grey and this grade is mostly sold in local beauty store in pretty packages processed as virgin remi because it is cheap and always available for mass production. (p.s) Chemical use to give it the nice feeling until after you wash it a few times : (

*3A most reasonably priced virgin hair available.  3A hair tends to be much drier and will not last as long compared to real 4A. It will require more often deep conditioning to keep it in good shape. 4A is much better, but cuticle not in same direction.

*5A are full cuticle virgin hair.

*7A are the best guaranteed Pure Virgin Remy full cuticle same direction. They are also referred to as Royalty Grade. Most suppliers do not have them because the of the high cost. TrustWigs focus on quality hair and have real 7A best quality virgin hair!

Need hair short term try 3A/4A or if you are on a tight budget or need colored hairs 1-3 months, 4A are considered Med grade Virgin hair 3-6 month, 5A is High grade Virgin up to 1 year, 6A is  Royal Grade Virgin remy hair & 7A are our superior grades!

What is virgin hair?

Virgin hair - Refers to hair that is completely unprocessed, and intact.  To qualify as virgin hair, it must meet rigorous standards including: not been permed, dyed, colored, bleached, chemically processed in any way. Virgin hair is the hair you want if you are going to dye the hair.  Virgin hair is likely to have a few strands of gray or white hair since it is in its natural color and has not been dyed.  This is a natural characteristic of 100% virgin hair. It usually comes in a color range around #1b to #1 a natural dark brown to black.

Our Virgin hair is not processed or chemically treated in any way. It is 100% natural, so there is no damage to the cuticles which protect the hair from the elements. This pure form gives the hair a healthy, vibrant look you can see and feel. Our virgin hair is hand-selected for quality assurance. Our Virgin hair wigs naturally, long lasting and beautiful. All the cuticles run in the same direction to prevent tangling. The end result is soft, beautiful, long lasting hair with completely natural in appearance!

What is lace wigs?

The  lace wig is very unique. I's built on a very sheer lace cap, and the key feature is that at the hairline, and when parted, a lace wig looks incredibly natural, as if the hair is growing right out of the scalp. This is not your traditional wig. It's much better and unbelievable natural !

What is glueless lace wigs?
Glueless lace wig is a kind of full lace wig and the wearers do not need glue or tapes to wear it. The Glueless full lace wigs ( all hand made ) are perfect for women who are sensitive to glues and tapes, and those do not want to fuss with adhesives or tired of using glue and tapes, providing the most natural looking hairline & Can Be Parted Anywhere & Can be Worn High Ponytail the same as full lace wigs!
What is lace front wigs?
A lace front wig is a special type of hairpiece or wig designed with a sheer lace base. Lace front wigs are made with real human hair or synthetic hair is which tied, by hand, to a sheer lace base. Full lace wigs may have a base made entirely of lace while the more common tactic is a lace front wig which has the sheer lace only at the front where the hairline is visible. The remainder of the wig is made out of a less fragile material which is less susceptible to ripping or tearing than the lace. Full lace wigs can be pulled into a high ponytail and up-do's, as opposed to lace front wigs. The lace is only in the front half of the wig, to allow the customer to part the hair any way he or she wants.
Can your lace front wigs be worn high ponytail?
Yes, TrustWigs lace front wigs can be worn high ponytails. We designed the lace in the nape of our lace front wigs which allow the customers wear high ponytail.
What are the differences between Swiss lace and French lace?
Swiss lace is thinner lace material than the French lace and it is more invisible than French lace. You cannot see it when attaching it to your skin. It is most invisible, very light and natural. It is also durable in strength.
French lace is extremely durable. But it is not as invisible as the Swiss lace.
Can I color, straighten and curl my lace wigs?
Yes, you can color & dye our natural color virgin hair lace wigs to any colors as you wish. You can also straighten and curl our lace wigs.  Be sure to regularly deep condition the hair on the unit and avoid use of over heated appliances whenever possible ( even for your own hair, please do not over heat or deal with them with chemicals unproperly because the hair texture and quality will be worse if you do so )
How long will my lace wigs last?
The life span of your unit is based on your maintenance. A lace wig unit can last for many months or even years depending on your usage and upkeep. With proper care, your lace wig can last a long time. French Lace is the most durable and lasts longer than the Swiss Lace.
What color lace is best sutied to my skin tone?
The color of lace depends on a lot of factors. First and foremost, the best applications are usually camouflaged by makeup at the hairline and where the hair is parted. This is truly how you get a natural appearance because even though lace blends with the skin, certain lighting conditions can show the lace.
Most women prefer to get a lace close to their skin tone, this is the best option if you don't want to experiment with using makeup (concealer) to camouflage the lace, then it's best to select a shade that blends with your skin tone. If you plan to use makeup, then you should select a shade close to, or lighter than, your own.
Follow These Guidelines - Lace Choice Color:
Lace Color Scalp tones
transparent for white and cream scalp tones
beige for light beige or beige scalp tones
light brown for light brown scalp tones
brown for brown scalp tones
dark brown for dark brown scalp tones
If you believe you may need a lace shade different from the colors above, it is best to submit your photograph, with your custom order, so that our technicians can match the lace to your skin tone.
What are the bleached knots?
Bleached knots is currently to best method of making the hair appear as if it is growing from your scalp. If you do not have bleached knots you will see a dark dot on the skin, however, bleached knots does not mean the knot is totally bleached out. Usually the knots are just a shade lighter than the rest of the hair. If the knots are single knots at the hairline you do not need to bleach the knots, dabbing foundation based powder on the knots with a brush; bleached or not helps hide them as well.
We recommend using knot sealer to seal your knots on the underside of your wig. Just flip your wig inside out and be sure to protect the remaining hair with a plastic bag. Spray a light spray of knot sealer on the knots of lace wig cap.
How can I prevent my lace wig from shedding/loosing hair?
We recommend using knot sealer to seal your knots on the underside of your wig. Just flip your wig inside out and be sure to protect the remaining hair with a plastic bag. Spray a light spray of knot sealer on the knots of lace wig cap.
How do I wash my lace wig?
First, place unit on waterproof wig stand. Apply pre-shampoo on dry hair, work in gently, rinse with warm water, then apply mild shampoo. When applying shampoo keep wig stand in upright position, while gently working shampoo in. Do not bunch hair up while lathering and avoid circular motions, which can cause tangling of the hair. Comb hair gently with fingertips. Rinse hair thoroughly and follow with a deep or daily conditioner, applying the same way. Let stand, for 2-3 minutes to moisturize and condition. You can gently comb hair with a wide tooth comb to remove any tangles. Rinse conditioner out completely , pat hair dry and apply maintenance spray for an all day protection. After washing, try to remove as much water as possible by squeezing the hair with your fingers. Allow wig to completely air dry on a dry towel or wire stand. Once wig is dry, style as usual. Note: for synthetic wigs, DO NOT apply heat or place near a heated source, including in the sun!!
What is the best cap design for me?
Each person has their own specific design needs based on their life-style and how undetectable they want their unit to be. The finer the lace, the less detectable however the less durable, especially with daily adhesives. Thin Skin is less detectable to the eye but a bit more detectable to touch than lace.

What type of hair care products should i ues?
Treat this hair like your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. You should stay away from ammonia based products because they can break down the cuticles on the hair, this can lead to tangling and shedding . Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so use leave in conditioners. You can also use products like gel and hair spray to keep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in these products in for a long time.
